What's going on, FitFam? In today's video, I'm walking you through an ENTIRE at-home abs & booty workout. Let's crush this entire workout together!⁣

We have 7 exercises that we're doing for 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off, with a 1 minute rest in between circuits. We're doing the full circuit for 3 rounds. Let's go!⁣


Low Plank to High Plank (20 seconds going up on one arm, then the opposite)⁣
Split Squat (each leg for 1 round)⁣
Plank Knee to Elbow (20 seconds each side)⁣
Single Leg Hip Thrusts (each leg for 1 round)⁣
Crucifix Crunch⁣
