We have 7 exercises that we're doing for 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off, with a 1 minute rest in between circuits. We're doing the full circuit for 3 rounds. Let's go!
Low Plank to High Plank (20 seconds going up on one arm, then the opposite)
Split Squat (each leg for 1 round)
Plank Knee to Elbow (20 seconds each side)
Single Leg Hip Thrusts (each leg for 1 round)
Crucifix Crunch
