#2 - Get a Digital Kitchen Scale
This is non-negotiable. If you want to 100% guarantee rapid fat loss, you must know for certain exactly how much you're having.
I'm not saying that you're going to have to weigh and measure every single morsel of food you eat for the rest of your life, but when you initially want to lose body fat, the more precise, the more guaranteed it is.
When you measure and track your food, do it in grams.

If you're batch prepping days of food, you are obviously going to need a lot of containers to store it all.
For me, I really don't think I can ever have enough tupperware and I suggest you follow suit - make sure you're stocked up!
