Low Plank to High Plank (20 seconds going up on one arm, then the opposite)
Split Squat (each leg for 1 round)
Plank Knee to Elbow (20 seconds each side)
Single Leg Hip Thrusts (each leg for 1 round)
Crucifix Crunch
